More customers from your ads. Not just more leads.

Most ad accounts optimize for form fills instead of buyers. I'm Cezary, and my team and I make sure Google and Meta know who actually buys from you, so your budget goes there.

Worked example100 leads
Campaign Ausually gets scaledlooks 5× cheaper
Cost per lead€8
Cost per customer€800
Campaign Bwins more customerslooks expensive
Cost per lead€40
Cost per customer€500

A: 1 buyer out of 100 leads. B: 8 buyers out of 100 leads. In the end, B is the cheaper route to a customer.

This is how it looks in the ad account: A seems to be the clear winner. Switch the view.

The problem

Your account optimizes for what it sees. And it only sees forms.

Google and Meta count an inquiry as a success. Whether it turns into a €10,000 deal or a contact who never picks up the phone, they do not know. So they find more of the inquiries that are cheapest.

Budget goes to the wrong people

The cheapest leads often come from people who never buy. Those are exactly the ones the algorithm scales.

Sales wastes time

Your team chases contacts who have no budget and no need.

The dashboard lies

Cost per lead looks great, revenue does not. Eventually someone says "ads don't work for us".

The fix

The platform has to learn who bought.

Once closed deals from your CRM flow back into Google and Meta, the algorithm optimizes for buyers instead of form fills.

How we set this up

Do the math

What does a customer really cost you?

Move the sliders to your numbers. The third one matters most: how many of your leads end up buying.

€500Cost per customer
250Leads per month
20Customers per month
€100,000Revenue per month
10.0ROAS
.
If the platform optimizes for buyers instead of form fills and 12% instead of 8% of your leads buy: +10 customers and +€50,000 revenue per month. Same budget, cost per customer then €333.

A model based on your inputs, not a forecast. The 50% lift in close rate is an assumption to play with.

Results

Three accounts. Unfiltered.

Client names are shared in a personal conversation. The figures come from exports of the live ad accounts and client reporting. All values in euros.

How we work

Four steps. Same process on every channel.

No bundled services, no vanity metrics. Revenue, cost per acquisition and ROAS are the only scoreboard.

01

Offer

The unit economics have to work. The first purchase must pay for itself, or no campaign will save it.

02

Ads

Translate the offer into hooks and creatives for one clear audience.

03

Control

Clean tracking, weekly numbers. What does not work gets switched off fast.

04

Scale

Budget goes to the winners. Then new audiences and markets.

FAQ

Short answers.

Who is this for?

Companies where a new customer is worth several thousand euros: B2B services, software, clinics, coaching and online academies, e-commerce with a high order value. If a customer is only worth a few euros, our approach rarely fits.

Do you work with clients outside Germany?

Yes. We are based in Germany and work with clients across the DACH region and internationally, in English and German.

What happens in the free ads check?

We look at your ad account together for 30 minutes. You get an honest view of where budget is lost and what we would change first. No slide deck, no sales pitch.

Do you also work as consultants only?

Yes. Many clients have their own team or agency and bring us in for the audit, tracking and steering.

Why don't you name your clients?

Because we show numbers from real accounts. You get the names and the full deck once we talk specifically about working together.

Which platforms do you work with?

The focus is Google Ads and Meta Ads, both equally. Other channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest get tested when the numbers justify it.

Let me look at your numbers.

30 minutes, free of charge. You show me your ad account, I tell you where money is leaking and what I would test first. If it is not a fit, you still keep the findings.
